This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
  • Significantly different from the product description

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement product as quickly as possible.

2. Refund Policy

If a replacement is not possible (for example, product out of stock or discontinued), we will provide a full or partial refund based on the situation.

Refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 working days after approval.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Must include original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required
  • A clear photo or video of the issue must be provided

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized 3D printed products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned after the allowed time period

5. 3D Printed Product Disclaimer

3D printed products may have minor layer lines or slight variations, which are normal and part of the manufacturing process. These are not considered defects.

6. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us via phone or email
  2. Provide your order details and issue description
  3. Share clear images or videos of the product
  4. Wait for approval and instructions

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged / wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost
